In the pre-pandemic world, life for many wasa mounting pile of certainties. Our lives were alight with new year resolutions: the one-year plan, the five-year plan, the holiday in May. There is nothing that remains of intentions laid out before March 2020.

Letting go is about accepting that you are notresponsible for world events, It is not your fault.The only control you have is over the choices you make. Whatever you decide, do try and include some wellbeing maintenance.

At its essence wellbeing maintenance is about learning, specifically about the wayconstant acts of restoration can support your efforts in building resilience and accepting uncertainty.
